إن الموارد التي تنفق على شعبة حقوق الفلسطينيين في الأمانة العامة وعلى اللجنة الخاصة المعنية بالتحقيق في الممارسات الإسرائيلية التي تمس حقوق الإنسان للشعب الفلسطيني وغيره من السكان العرب في الأراضي المحتلة ينبغي أن توجه إلى المسائل الأكثر إلحاحا، بما فيها المساعدة المباشرة للشعب الفلسطيني.
