ويجب على كل الدول القائمة بالإدارة اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة وفقاً للرغبات التي تعبر عنها شعوب الأقاليم المعنية.

The Special Committee recommends that the Assembly renew its appeal to the administering Powers to take all necessary steps for the implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions, in accordance with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples of the Territories concerned.
وتوصي اللجنة الخاصة الجمعية بأن تجدد نداءها إلى الدول القائمة بالإدارة لكي تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ الإعلان وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا لرغبات شعوب الأقاليم المعنية المعرب عنها بحرية.

كما وينبغي أن تتخذ جميع الدول القائمة بالإدارة الخطوات الضرورية لتنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة وقرارات الأمم المتحدة في هذا الشأن، طبقاً وفقا لرغبات شعوب الأقاليم المعنية المعبّر عنها بحرية.

14. The participants affirmed the need for the Special Committee to actively embark on a public awareness campaign aimed at fostering an understanding among the people of the Territories of the options for self-determination included in the relevant United Nations resolutions on decolonization, especially within the context of developing programmes of work for specific Territories.
14 - وأكد المشاركون ضرورة شروع اللجنة الخاصة بنشاط في حملة لتوعية الجماهير بهدف إذكاء وعي شعوب الأقاليم المعنية بخيارات تقرير المصير المدرجة في قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار، لا سيما في سياق إعداد برنامج العمل الخاص بكل إقليم من الأقاليم.
