The State party should continue to intensify its efforts to provide human rights training programmes for all officials involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of any individual subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment, with a focus on the State party's obligations under the Convention.
ينبغي أن تواصل الدولة الطرف تكثيف جهودها الرامية إلى توفير برامج تدريبية في مجال حقوق الإنسان لفائدة جميع الموظفين المعنيين باحتجاز أو استجواب أو معاملة أي شخص يتعرض لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السجن، مع التركيز على التزامات الدولة الطرف بموجب الاتفاقية.

Ensure that education and information regarding the prohibition of torture are included in the training of civil or military law enforcement personnel, medical personnel, public officials and other officials who may be involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of any individual subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment;
أن تكفل إدراج التعليم والإعلام المتعلقين بمنع التعذيب في تدريب الموظفين المدنيين أو العسكريين المكلفين بإنفاذ القوانين، والموظفين الطبيين والموظفين الحكوميين وغيرهم من الموظفين الذين قد يكون لهم دور في حجز أو استجواب أو معاملة أي فرد يخضع لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو الحبس؛

Each State Party shall keep under systematic review interrogation rules, instructions, methods and practices as well as arrangements for the custody and treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment in any territory under its jurisdiction, with a view to preventing any cases of torture.
تبقي كل دولة قيد الاستعراض المنظم قواعد الاستجواب، وتعليماته وأساليبه وممارساته, وكذلك الترتيبات المتعلقة بحجز ومعاملة الأشخاص الذين يتعرضون لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاعتقال أو السجن في أي إقليم يخضع لولايتها القضائية، وذلك بقصد منع حدوث أي حالات تعذيب.

Each State party shall keep under systematic review interrogation rules, instructions, methods and practices as well as arrangements for the custody and treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment in any territory under its jurisdiction, with a view to preventing any cases of torture.
تبقي كل دولة قيد الاستعراض المنظم قواعد الاستجواب، وتعليماته وأساليبه وممارساته، وكذلك الترتيبات المتعلقة بحجز ومعاملة الأشخاص الذين يتعرضون لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاعتقال أو السجن في أي إقليم يخضع لولايتها القضائية، وذلك بقصد منع حدوث أي حالات تعذيب.

(d) Strengthen its efforts to implement a gender sensitive approach for the training of those involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of any individual subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment.
(د) تعزيز جهودها لتطبيق نهج يراعي المسائل الجنسانية لتدريب كل من له علاقة باحتجاز أي شخص يخضع لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاعتقال أو السجن.

(c) Implement a gender-sensitive approach for the training of those involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of women subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment; and
(ج) اتباع نهج يراعي الاعتبارات الجنسانية في تدريب الأشخاص الذين لهم دور في احتجاز أو استجواب أو معاملة النساء اللواتي يخضعن لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السجن؛

24. Please provide the Committee with all the interrogation rules, instructions, methods and practices, as well as arrangements for the custody and treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment aimed at preventing cases of torture, that may have been introduced since the consideration of the last periodic report.
24- ويرجى تزويد اللجنة بجميع قواعد الاستجواب وتعليماته وأساليبه وممارساته وكذلك الترتيبات الخاصة باحتجاز ومعاملة الأشخاص المعرضين لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السَّجن، التي تستهدف منع حدوث أي حالات تعذيب، والتي قد تكون استُحدثت منذ النظر في آخر تقرير دوري.

(c) Strengthen its efforts to implement a gender-sensitive approach for the training of those involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of women subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment;
(ج) أن تعزز جهودها لتنفيذ نهج يراعي الفوارق الجنسانية لدى تدريب الأشخاص المعنيين بعمليات احتجاز أو استجواب أو معاملة النساء اللاتي يتعرضن لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاعتقال أو السجن؛

22. Please provide the Committee with all the interrogation rules, instructions, methods and practices as well as arrangements for the custody and treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment with a view to preventing any cases of torture currently applicable in the State party.
22- يرجى تزويد اللجنة بجميع قواعد الاستجواب وتعليماته وأساليبه وممارساته المعمول بها حالياً في الدولة الطرف، فضلاً عن الترتيبات الخاصة بحجز ومعاملة الأشخاص المعرضين لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاعتقال أو السجن بغية منع حدوث أي حالات تعذيب.

20. By virtue of this article and related article 16, States are obliged to keep under review interrogation rules, instructions, methods and practices as well as arrangements for the custody and treatment of persons subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment with a view to preventing torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
20- بمقتضى هذه المادة والمادة 16 التي لها صلة بها، يتعين على الدول أن تبقي قيد الاستعراض القواعد والتعليمات والأساليب والممارسات المتعلقة باستجواب الأشخاص وكذلك ترتيبات احتجاز ومعاملة الخاضعين لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السجن وذلك بغرض منع التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة.
