That was why, in the case of UNAMIR, it had prepared cost estimates for the period from 5 April to 9 December 1994, and for a period of 12 months beginning on 10 December 1994, in order to ensure the operation of the Mission.

After further discussions among the members, on 31 August the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1620 (2005), by which it requested the Secretary-General to establish the United Nations Integrated Office in Sierra Leone (UNIOSIL) for an initial period of 12 months beginning on 1 January 2006, to be headed by an Executive Representative of the Secretary-General.
وبعد إجراء المزيد من المناقشات فيما بين الأعضاء، اتخذ المجلس بالإجماع، في 31 آب/أغسطس، القرار 1620 (2005)، الذي طلب فيه إلى الأمين العام إنشاء مكتب الأمم المتحدة المتكامل في سيراليون لفترة مبدئية مدتها 12 شهرا اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/ يناير 2006، على أن يرأسه ممثل تنفيذي للأمين العام.

1. Decides to extend the mandate of the United Nations Integrated Peacebuilding Office in GuineaBissau for a period of 12 months beginning on 1 June 2013 until 31 May 2014, and to readjust it as recommended by the Secretary-General to perform the following tasks:
1 - يقـرر تمديد ولاية مكتب الأمم المتحدة المتكامل لبناء السلام في غينيا - بيساو لفترة 12 شهرا اعتبارا من 1 حزيران/يونيه 2013 حتى 31 أيار/مايو 2014 وتعديلها على نحو ما أوصى به الأمين العام لتؤدي المهام التالية:
