وقالت إن شهاترا شيبير هي منظمة إسلامية متطرفة تهدف إلى إقامة نظام إسلامي في بنغلاديش.

She stated that she had fled Bangladesh to escape abuse by the police and Chhatra Shibir.
وأفادت بأنها غادرت بنغلاديش هرباً من اعتداءات الشرطة ومنظمة شهاترا شيبير.

وفي مناسبة أخرى، أبلغت صاحبة البلاغ منظمة شهاترا شيبير بأنها ستذهب إلى الشرطة.

وادعت أنها احتُجزت لدى الشرطة لمدة أربعة أو خمسة أيام واغتُصبت خلالها بسبب ميلها الجنسي، وبأن شريكتها اختُطفت على يد أعضاء من منظمة شهاترا شيبير.

It stated that the threats allegedly made by her parents, her husband's family or persons from Chhatra Shibir were criminal acts by individuals, and should be dealt with by the Bangladeshi authorities.
وذكرت أن التهديدات التي ادَّعت تلقيها من والديها أو أسرة زوجها أو من أشخاص من منظمة شهاترا شيبير هي أفعال إجرامية فردية ينبغي أن تتصدى لها السلطات البنغلاديشية.

The information she provided about her allegations regarding persecution by Chhatra Shibir was vague and insufficient.
أما المعلومات التي قدَّمتها والخاصة بادعاءات التعرُّض للاضطهاد على يد منظمة شهاترا شيبير فقد كانت معلومات غامضة وغير كافية.

With regard to the alleged disappearance of her partner, the Court upheld that the author's assertion that neighbours had seen her partner being taken away by men with beards was not enough to conclude that she had been kidnapped by Chhatra Shibir.
وفيما يتصل بالاختفاء المزعوم لشريكتها، قضت المحكمة بأن قول صاحبة البلاغ بأن الجيران رأوا رجالاً ملتحين يقتادون شريكتها ليس كافياً للاستنتاج بأنها اختُطفت على يد شهاترا شيبير.

The author submitted that she was threatened orally by Chhatra Shibir on four occasions, and that she believed that members of the organization had kidnapped her partner while the author herself was in police custody.
