وتكرر فييت نام تأكيد أن ما تشير إليه الصين باسم جزر " شيشا " ما هو إلا أرخبيل هوانغ سا التابع لفييت نام (والمعروف أيضا باسم جزر باراسيل) الذي تحتلّه الصين بالقوة بشكل غير قانوني منذ عام 1974.
