Should the employer not be able to do the above, the employer is bound to grant the employee an extension of her maternity leave for the whole period necessary to protect her safety or health or that of her child whether born or unborn.
وإن لم يتمكن صاحب العمل من اتخاذ الإجراءات المذكورة أعلاه، يتعين عليه أن يمنح العاملة تمديدا لإجازة الأمومة بالمدة الكاملة اللازمة لحماية سلامتها أو صحتها أو سلامة أو صحة طفلها الذي ولد أم لم يولد.

No pregnant woman shall be given an assignment outside her permanent place of work, provided, however, she shall be transferred to another place of work if her job is dangerous to her health or pregnancy as ascertained by a medical doctor.
ولا تُعين المرأة الحامل خارج مكان عملها الدائم، غير أنها تنقل إلى مكان عمل آخر إذا كان عملها يشكل خطورة على صحتها أو حملها وفق إثبات صادر عن طبيب.
