وقدمت اليونسكو في السنة الدراسية ١٩٩٣/٩٤، ٢٨ زمالة للطلاب الفلسطينيين في إطــار المشروع اﻹقليمي المعنون " صندوق الزمالات لطلاب الدراسات العليا في اﻷرض العربية المحتلة " ، و ١٧ زمالة مــن ميزانيتها البرنامجية العادية، و ٣ زمالات في إطار برنامجها للمشاركة، مما بلغ مجموعه ٥٠٠ ٢١٣ دولار.
