وبالاعتماد على التضامن الدولي، حتى تتمكن افريقيا مرة أخرى من ايجاد السبيل الى النمو، نناشد المجتمع الدولي أن يسبغ فعالية على بياناته الداعية الى العناية بالجهود التي تبذلها افريقيا من أجل التنمية ودعمه لها عن طريق الاسهام في انشاء صندوق تنويع السلع اﻷساسية الذي سيبدأ عمله في اﻷشهر المقبلة.
