The Assembly strongly condemned all forms of racial discrimination and xenophobia with regard to access to employment, vocational training, housing, schooling, health services and social services, as well as services intended for use by the public, and welcomed the active role played by governmental and non-governmental organizations in combating racism and assisting individual victims of racist acts.
وأدانت الجمعية بشدة جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على العمل والتدريب المهني والسكن والدراسة والخدمات الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية، فضلا عن الخدمات الموجهة لاستخدام الجمهور، ورحبت بالدور الفعال الذي تضطلع به المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في مجال مكافحة العنصرية ومساعدة الأفراد ضحايا الأعمال العنصرية.
