It is concerned by the lack of adequate funds to enforce and monitor the National Action Plan against the Trafficking of Persons and Smuggling of Migrants and the lack of measures for the rehabilitation of victims of trafficking and exploitation (art. 10, para. 3).
وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء عدم توافر الأموال الكافية لتطبيق ورصد خطة العمل الوطنية لمكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص وتهريب المهاجرين وانعدام التدابير الرامية إلى إعادة تأهيل ضحايا الاتجار والاستغلال (الفقرة 3 من المادة 10).
