ومع ذلك، ففي هذه اللحظة الحرجة، نود أن نؤكد على أن الاجراءات الفعالة التي تستهدف ضمام الاحترام الكامل لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في اﻷراضي المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وتنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة، هي وحدها التي يمكن أن تهيئ مناخا يفضي الى تقدم حقيقي.
