10. The Bureau discussed the modalities of work of the Commission in view of the review thereof requested by the General Assembly in its resolution 57/270 B of 23 June 2003 and in light of the changes introduced by Commission decision 2004/2, particularly with regard to the decision taken therein to elect the Bureau of the Commission on the final day of each session.
10 - وناقش المكتب طرائق عمل اللجنة في ضوء الاستعراض الذي ما طلبته الجمعية العامة في قرارها 57/270 باء، المؤرخ 23 حزيران/يونيه 2003 لطرائق العمل تلك، وفي ضوء التغييرات التي أدخلتها اللجنة في المقرر 2004/2، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالقرار الوارد فيه بانتخاب أعضاء مكتب اللجنة في اليوم الأخير من كل دورة.

72. In light of the review and assessment above, a number of priority issues can be identified, as follows:

The conference is expected to undertake a comprehensive appraisal of the implementation of the Brussels Programme of Action (BPoA), identify progress, challenges and lessons learnt, and in the light of the review adopt a renewed and strengthened global partnership for the LDC development in the next decade.
ومن المتوقع أن يجري المؤتمر تقييماً شاملاً لتنفيذ برنامج عمل بروكسيل، وتحديد التقدم المحرز والتحديات والدروس المستفادة، والقيام في ضوء الاستعراض باعتماد شراكة عالمية جديدة ومعززة لتنمية أقل البلدان نمواً خلال العقد القادم.

10. Recommends in the light of the review that efforts be made to ensure that relevant United Nations bodies and agencies, as well as other relevant United Nations organizations, take part in any further consultations on the issue, and welcomes the offer of the Government of Chile to host a second workshop;
١٠ - توصي، في ضوء الاستعراض الذي أجراه اﻷمين العام، ببذل الجهود لضمان اشتراك هيئات ووكالات اﻷمم المتحدة المعنية ومنظمات اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى المعنية، في أي مشاورات أخرى حول هذه المسألة، وترحب بالعرض الذي قدمته حكومة شيلي لاستضافة حلقة العمل الثانية؛

Recommends in the light of the review that efforts be made to ensure that relevant United Nations organs, organizations and bodies take part in any further consultations on the issue, and welcomes the offer of the Government of Chile to host a second workshop on the possible establishment of a permanent forum for indigenous people within the United Nations system;
١٠ - توصي، في ضوء الاستعراض الذي أجراه اﻷمين العام، ببذل الجهود لضمان اشـتراك هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتهاالمعنية ومنظمات اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى المعنية، في أي مشاورات أخرى حول هذه المسألة، وترحب بالعرض الذي قدمته حكومة شيلي لاستضافة حلقة العمل الثانية؛

Requests the Committee on Contributions, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to make recommendations, in the light of the review referred to in paragraph 9 of the present resolution, and report thereon to the Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fifth session;
10 - تطلب إلى لجنة الاشتراكات، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، أن تضع توصيات، في ضوء الاستعراض المشار إليه في الفقرة 9 من هذا القرار، وأن تقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الخامسة والستين؛

10. Requests the Committee on Contributions, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to make recommendations, in the light of the review referred to in paragraph 9 above, and report thereon to the Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fifth session;
10 - تطلب إلى لجنة الاشتراكات، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، أن تضع توصيات في ضوء الاستعراض المشار إليه في الفقرة 9 أعلاه وأن تقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الخامسة والستين؛

In view of the review that the Council will conduct at its ninth session of the mandate on the adverse effects of the illicit movement and dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes on the enjoyment of human rights, the report also outlines some challenges that the Special Rapporteur has faced in the discharge of his mandate and provides some proposals to enhance the mandate for the consideration of the Human Rights Council.
وفي ضوء الاستعراض الذي سيجريه المجلس في دورته التاسعة، للولاية المتعلقة بالآثار الضارة لنقل وإغراق المنتجات والنفايات السمّية والخطرة بصورة غير مشروعة على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان، يعرض التقرير أيضاً بعض التحديات التي واجهها المقرر الخاص أثناء اضطلاعه بولايته، ويقدم عدداً من المقترحات التي ترمي إلى تعزيز الولاية من أجل أن ينظر فيها مجلس حقوق الإنسان.

Although on this basis it is anticipated that an additional amount of $31,200 will be required for the biennium 2008-2009 under section 23, no additional resources will be requested at this time in the light of the continuing review by the Council of its subsidiary machinery in response to General Assembly resolution 60/251.
ومع أن من المتوقع على هذا الأسـاس أن تكون هناك حاجة إلى مبلغ إضافي بقيمة 200 31 دولار لفترة السنتين 2008-2009 في إطار الباب 23، لا يُطلب في الوقت الراهن توفير موارد إضافية في ضوء الاستعراض المستمر الذي يجريه المجلس لآليته الفرعية استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 60/251.
