Such organizations will be expected to provide factual information on specific aspects of each State party report under consideration, in the light of the guidelines for reporting adopted by the Committee, including on the level of their involvement in the process of the preparation of the report, as well as on the implementation of the Convention.

54. In the light of the guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children (General Assembly resolution 64/142, annex), the Committee urges the State party to:

14. Convening of a meeting of experts in Addis Ababa from 7 to 10 October 2013 to finalize the operational implementation plan of AFISM-CAR in the light of the guidelines contained in the strategic concept approved by the meeting of the Peace and Security Council (PSC) held on 19 July 2013.
14 - عقد اجتماع للخبراء في أديس أبابا في الفترة من 7 إلى 10 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2013 لوضع الصيغة النهائية لخطة التنفيذ التشغيلي لبعثة الدعم الدولية في ضوء المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في المفهوم الاستراتيجي الذي اعتُمد في اجتماع مجلس السلام والأمن المعقود في 19 تموز/يوليه 2013.

41. In the light of the guidelines set out in article 5.3 of the Convention, there should be a review of the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador Programme to ensure that no industry-sponsored person represents the United Nations.
41 - في ضوء المبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في المادة 5-3 من الاتفاقية، ينبغي أن يُستعرض برنامج سفراء الأمم المتحدة للنوايا الحسنة لكفالة عدم تمثيل الأمم المتحدة من قبل أي شخص من الأشخاص الذين ترعاهم دوائر صناعة التبغ.

In the light of the guidelines set out in article 5.3 of the Convention, there should be a review of the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador Programme to ensure that no industry-sponsored person represents the United Nations.

٥- تحث الدول اﻷطراف على اتخاذ خطوات فورية لضمان الالتزام التام بواجباتها الناشئة عن الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك تقديم تقاريرها في الوقت المناسب إلى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الطفل، على ضوء المبادئ التوجيهية الموضوعة لهذا الغرض )CRC/C/5(؛

In the light of the guidelines adopted by the General Council regarding the accession of least developed countries, it is recommended that, like least developed country acceding members, graduated least developed countries that join the World Trade Organization be granted transition periods regarding the formulation and application of their own sanitary or phytosanitary measures.

The Representative particularly appreciated the initiative of the First Vice-President for the Government to undertake a comprehensive study of the displacement crisis in the country and the ongoing programmes with a view to developing cooperative strategies in light of the Guiding Principles as well as United Nations institutional arrangements.
46- وأعرب الممثل عن تقديره بشكل خاص لمبادرة النائب الأول للرئيس، الرامية إلى قيام الحكومة بإجراء دراسة شاملة لأزمة التشريد في البلاد والبرامج الجارية، بغية استنباط استراتيجية تعاونية في ضوء المبادئ التوجيهية وكذلك ترتيبات الأمم المتحدة المؤسسية.

During his visit to the Sudan in September 2001, members of the Government expressed support for the development of a national policy and strategy on internal displacement and agreed to undertake a comprehensive study which would review current government policy and develop cooperative strategies in light of the Guiding Principles and United Nations institutional arrangements (see addendum 1).
وأثناء زيارته للسودان في أيلول/سبتمبر 2001، أعرب له أعضاء الحكومة عن تأييدهم لوضع سياسة واستراتيجية وطنيتين بشأن التشريد الداخلي ووافقوا على إجراء دراسة شاملة تستعرض السياسة الحكومية الجارية وتضع استراتيجيات تعاونية في ضوء المبادئ التوجيهية وترتيبات الأمم المتحدة المؤسسية (انظر الإضافة 1).

In the light of the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement (E/CN.4/1998/53/Add.2), the Committee recommends that the State party adopt adequate measures in order to ensure the enjoyment by internally displaced persons of their rights under article 5 of the Convention, especially their right to security and their economic, social and cultural rights.
