1. The Committee shall examine communications received under article 2 of the present Protocol in the light of all documentation submitted to it, provided that this documentation is transmitted to the parties concerned.
1- تبحث اللجنة البلاغات التي تتلقاها بموجب المادة 2 من هذا البروتوكول في ضوء جميع الوثائق التي تقدم إليها، شريطة إحالة هذه الوثائق إلى الأطراف المعنية.

In the view of one delegation, the provision according to which the Committee should consider communications " in the light of all documentation submitted to it " sufficiently covered the possibility of receiving non-written evidence.
وذهب أحد الوفود إلى أن الحكم الذي ينص على أن تنظر اللجنة في البلاغات " في ضوء جميع الوثائق المقدمة إليها " يشمل بما يكفي إمكانية تلقي الأدلة غير الكتابية.
