I. BACKGROUND 1. in accordance with decision 14/COP.2 of the Conference of the Parties, an ad hoc panel composed of ten experts was appointed with the following terms of reference:
1- طبقا للمقرر 14/م أ-2 الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف، عين فريق خبراء مخصص يتألف من عشرة خبراء تكون اختصاصاته كما يلي:

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/18 of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Parties, Armenia was requested to ratify the London Amendment as a precondition for Global Environment Facility (GEF) funding, and that this has not occurred;
2 - أن يلاحظ انه طبقا للمقرر 13/18 للاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، فقد طلب إلى أرمينيا التصديق على تعديل لندن كشرط مسبق للحصول على تمويل من مرفق البيئة العالمية، ولكن هذا لم يحدث ؛

41. The President stated that in accordance with decision 2002/4, the Board had commented on the draft CPDs and approved the aggregate indicative budgets for 33 country programmes at the annual and second regular sessions of 2006.
41 - ذكر الرئيس أنه طبقا للمقرر 2002/4، علق المجلس على مشروع وثائق البرامج القطرية، ووافق على الميزانيات البيانية الإجمالية للبرامج القطرية في 33 بلدا في الدورة السنوية والدورة العادية الثانية لعام 2006.

The President stated that in accordance with decision 2002/4, the Board had commented on the draft country programme documents (CPDs) and approved the aggregate indicative budgets for 27 country programmes at the annual and second regular sessions of 2005.
22 - قال الرئيس إنه طبقا للمقرر 2002/4، علق المجلس على مشروع وثائق البرامج القطرية وأقر الميزانيات الإرشادية التجميعية لـ 27 برنامجا قطريا في الدورتين السنوية والعادية الثانية لعام 2005.

5. Finally, the Chair reminded delegates that the CMP, by its decision 1/CMP.5, requested the AWG-KP to deliver the results of its work pursuant to decision 1/CMP.1 for adoption by the CMP at its sixth session.
5- وفي الأخير، ذكّر الرئيس المندوبين بأن مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف طلب، في مقرره 1/م أإ-5، إلى فريق الالتزامات الإضافية أن يقدم نتائج عمله طبقا للمقرر 1/م أإ-1 لكي يعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته السادسة.

1. To note with appreciation that [x] Parties out of the [y] that should have reported data for 2005 have done so, and that [z] of those Parties reported their data by 30 June 2005 in conformance with decision XV/15;

Noting with appreciation, however, that Saudi Arabia is preparing a detailed report in support of its request to revise its methyl bromide baseline data, in accordance with decision XV/19, and anticipates submission of that report before the end of the year,

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/16 of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Parties, the Implementation Committee requested the Secretariat to write to Nigeria since it had reported data on CFC consumption for either the year 1999 and/or 2000 that was above its baseline, and was therefore in a state of potential non-compliance;
1 - يلاحظ انه طبقا للمقرر 13/16 للاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، فقد طلبت لجنة التنفيذ أن تقوم الأمانة بالكتابة إلى نيجيريا حيث أنها أبلغت بيانات عن استهلاك مواد مركبات الكلوريه فلورية خلال عام 1999 و/أو عام 2000 تزيد عن خط الأساس، ولذلك فهي في حالة عدم امتثال محتمل.

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/23 of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Parties, Cameroon was requested to submit to the Implementation Committee a plan of action with time-specific benchmarks to ensure a prompt return to compliance;
1 - أن يلاحظ انه طبقا للمقرر 13/23 الصادر عن الاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، فقد طلب إلى الكاميرون تقديم خطة عمل بمعايير محددة بأطر زمنية إلى لجنه التنفيذ لضمان عودتها إلى حالة الامتثال على الفور؛

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/22 of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Parties, Belize was requested to submit to the Implementation Committee a plan of action with time-specific benchmarks to ensure a prompt return to compliance;
1 - أن يلاحظ، انه طبقا للمقرر 13/22 الصادر عن الاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، فقد طلب إلى بليز تقديم خطة عمل بمعايير محددة بأطر زمنية لضمان العودة إلى الامتثال على وجه السرعة؛

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/24 of the 13th Meeting of the Parties, Ethiopia was requested to submit to the Implementation Committee a plan of action with time-specific benchmarks to ensure a prompt return to compliance;
1 - أن يلاحظ انه طبقا للمقرر 13/24، الصادر عن الاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، فقد طلب إلى إثيوبيا أن تقدم إلى لجنة التنفيذ خطة عمل بمعايير محددة بأطر زمنية لضمان العودة إلى الامتثال على وجه السرعة؛

Accordingly, as set forth in table 4 below, it is recommended that the award amounts for the sixteen claims be adjusted downward in accordance with decision 21.
12- وعليه، يوصى بتخفيض مبالغ التعويضات الممنوحة عن ست عشرة مطالبة طبقا للمقرر 21، وذلك على النحو المبين في الجدول 5 أدناه.

We are not going to take up the issue of the Chairpersons for the subsidiary groups at all. The reason, as the Commission may recall, is that both Chairpersons were elected for the full three-year cycle, in accordance with decision 52/492 of September 1998.

in accordance with decision 95/23, therefore, TRAC 1 earmarkings are reduced proportionally across the board if actual regular resources available for programming fall short against the target.

55. Having regard to the above considerations, the Panel recommends that interest should be paid on the awarded amounts in category " A " claims in accordance with decision 16.
٥٥ - ومراعاة للاعتبارات المذكورة أعلاه، يوصي الفريق بأن تدفع الفوائد على المبالغ المقررة في المطالبات من الفئة " ألف " طبقا للمقرر ١٦.

The President said that in accordance with decision 2002/4, the Board had commented on the draft country programme documents (CPDs) and approved the aggregate indicative budgets for 22 country/area programmes at the annual and second regular sessions of 2004.
25 - قال الرئيس إنه طبقا للمقرر 2002/4، علق المجلس على مشروع وثائق البرامج القطرية وأقر الميزانيات الإرشادية التجميعية لـ 22 برنامجا قطريا/برنامج منطقة في الدورتين السنوية والعادية الثانية لعام 2004.

Noting with appreciation that [191] parties of the 196 that should have reported data for 2009 have done so and that 68 of those parties reported their data by 30 June 2010 in accordance with decision XV/15,
إذ يشير مع التقدير إلى أن [191] طرفاً من أصل 196 طرفاً كان من المفترض منها أن تقدم بيانات لعام 2009 قد فعلت ذلك وأن 68 من تلك الأطراف قدمت بياناتها في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2010 طبقا للمقرر 15/15،

١ - طبقا للمقرر ٧ الذي اعتمدته اللجنة التحضيرية في دورتها التنظيمية التي عقدت في أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٨، قررت اللجنة أن يكون عملها مفتوحا لمشاركة المنظمات غير الحكومية المعتمدة وفقا لقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ١٩٩٦/٣١ ومقرريه ١٩٩٦/٢٠٨ و ١٩٩٦/٣١٥.

The Chair reminded delegates that the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP), by its decision 1/CMP.5, requested the AWG-KP to deliver the results of its work pursuant to decision 1/CMP.1 for adoption by the CMP at its sixth session.
3- وذكّر الرئيس المندوبين بأن مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتـو (مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف) طلب، في مقرره 1/م أإ-5، إلى فريق الالتزامات الإضافية أن يقدم نتائج عمله طبقا للمقرر 1/م أإ-1 لكي يعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته السادسة.
