2. Any dispute between the Authority and a member of the Authority concerning the interpretation or application of this Protocol which is not settled by consultation, negotiation or other agreed mode of settlement within three months following a request by one of the parties to the dispute shall, at the request of either party, be referred for a final and binding decision to a panel of three arbitrators:
٢ - أي نــزاع تشترك فيه السلطــة وعضو في السلطة بشأن تفسير هـــذا البروتوكول أو تطبيقه ولا يسوى بالتشاور أو التفاوض أو بأية طريقة أخرى متفق عليها للتسوية خلال اﻷشهر الثلاثة التالية لتقديم طلب من أحد طرفي النزاع، يحال، بناء على طلب أي من الطرفين إلى فريق من ثلاثة محكمين:

13.3 Disputes that have not been resolved as provided in paragraph 13.2 above may be submitted to a mutually agreed conciliator or mediator appointed by the President of the International Court of Justice, failing which the dispute may be submitted to arbitration at the request of either party.
١٣-٣ يجوز تقديم المنازعات التي لم يمكن فضهــا حسبمـا تنص عليه الفقرة ١٣-٢ أعلاه إلى موفــق أو وسيط يتفق عليه الطرفان ويعينه رئيس محكمة العدل الدولية، وإذا لم يمكن هذا، يجوز عرض النزاع على التحكيم بناء على طلب أي من الطرفين.

2. In exceptional circumstances, the Trial Chamber may, in the interests of justice [at the request of the Prosecutor] [proprio motu or at the request of one of the parties] order that the trial proceed in the absence of the accused, if the latter, having been duly informed of the opening of the trial:
٢ - للدائرة الابتدائية، في الظروف الاستثنائية ولمصلحة العدالة ]بناء على طلب المدعي العام[ ]من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء على طلب أي من الطرفين[، أن تأمر بالسير في إجراءات المحاكمة في غياب المتهم، إذا كان المتهم، بعد إبلاغه حسب اﻷصول ببدء المحاكمة:
