3. The Ombudsperson shall also immediately forward the delisting request to the Monitoring Team, which shall provide to the Ombudsperson, within four months:

8. After the Committee has had 15 days to review the Comprehensive Report in all official languages of the United Nations, the Chair of the Committee shall place the delisting request on the Committee's agenda for consideration.
8 - بعد انقضاء فترة الخمسة عشر يوماً المخصصة لاستعراض التقرير الشامل من قبل اللجنة بجميع اللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة، يضع رئيس اللجنة طلب الرفع من القائمة على جدول أعمالها للنظر فيه.

8. After the Committee has had fifteen days to review the Comprehensive Report in all official languages of the United Nations, the Chair of the Committee shall place the delisting request on the Committee's agenda for consideration.
8 - بعد انقضاء فترة الخمسة عشر يوماً المخصصة لاستعراض التقرير الشامل من قبل اللجنة بجميع اللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة، يضع رئيس اللجنة طلب الرفع من القائمة على جدول أعمالها للنظر فيه.

39. In its resolution 2083 (2012), the Security Council recognized the importance of reasons being part of a fair process by requiring such reasons to be provided to a petitioner whether the delisting request is accepted or refused.
39 - أقرً مجلس الأمن في قراره 2083 (2012) بأهمية الأسباب باعتبارها جزءا من عدالة الآلية بأن طلب إبلاغ مقدِّم الطلب بهذه الأسباب سواء قُبل طلب الرفع من القائمة أم رُفض.

If there is no consensus, any member of the Committee may refer the delisting request to the Security Council (the " trigger mechanism " procedure).
وإذا لم يتحقق توافق الآراء، يجوز لأي عضو من أعضاء اللجنة أن يحيل طلب الرفع من القائمة إلى مجلس الأمن (إجراء " آلية التفعيل " )().

In a letter dated 23 October 2012 addressed to the focal point, the Chair noted that the process for considering the delisting request had been completed and that the name of Mr. Ngabu (reflected as Floribert Ngabu Njabu) remained on the list.

In accordance with the procedure set out by the Security Council, if the Ombudsperson recommends retaining the listing, the name of the sanctioned entity or individual will remain on the list, putting an end to further consideration of the delisting petition.
فوفقا للإجراءات التي حددها مجلس الأمن، إذا أوصت أمينة المظالم بإبقاء الاسم على القائمة، يبقى اسم الكيان أو الفرد مدرجاً على القائمة، وينتهي بذلك النظر في طلب الرفع من القائمة.
