(ii) Whether they had had specific cases where confiscated proceeds of crime or property had been returned or shared, as outlined in article 14, paragraphs 2 and 3 (b), of the Convention and, if so, the legal framework within which that had been done.
`2` عمّا إذا كانت قد واجهت حالات معيّنة جرى فيها ردّ عائدات الجرائم أو الممتلكات المصادرة أو اقتسامها وفقا للفقرتين 2 و3 (ب) من المادة 14 من الاتفاقية، وإذا حدث ذلك، فما هو الإطار القانوني الذي تم فيه ذلك.

3. We stress the need for all States to adopt within their national legal systems effective measures for the identification, freezing or seizure and confiscation of proceeds of crime or property acquired through, or involved in, the commission of a crime and the profits therefrom.
3- نشدِّد على ضرورة أن تعتمد جميع الدول ضمن نظمها القانونية الوطنية تدابير فعَّالة لكشف عائدات الجرائم أو الممتلكات المكتسبة عن طريق ارتكاب الجرائم، أو المستخدمة في ارتكابها والأرباح العائدة من هذه الممتلكات وتجميدها أو الحجز عليها ومصادرتها.

2. When acting on the request made by another State Party in accordance with article 12 of this Convention, States Parties shall, to the extent permitted by domestic law and if so requested, give priority consideration to returning the confiscated proceeds of crime or property to the requesting State Party so that it can give compensation to the victims of the crime or return such proceeds of crime or property to their legitimate owners.
2- عندما تتخذ الدول الأطراف إجراء ما بناء على طلب دولة طرف أخرى، وفقا للمادة 12 من هذه الاتفاقية، تنظر تلك الدول على سبيل الأولوية، بالقدر الذي يسمح به قانونها الداخلي وإذا ما طلب منها ذلك، في رد عائدات الجرائم المصادرة أو الممتلكات المصادرة إلى الدولة الطرف الطالبة، لكي يتسنى لها تقديم تعويضات إلى ضحايا الجريمة أو رد عائدات الجرائم أو الممتلكات هذه إلى أصحابها الشرعيين.

Eleven States reported having concluded agreements or arrangements dealing with the sharing of confiscated proceeds of crime in accordance with paragraph 3 (b) of article 14, which requires States parties to give special consideration to concluding agreements on sharing with other parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, confiscated proceeds of crime or funds derived from such proceeds.
