When two or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates, whose number is not to exceed the number of such places, obtaining in the first ballot a majority of the representatives present and voting shall be elected.
عندما يلزم شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد هذه المناصب من الحاصلين في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية أصوات الممثلين الحاضرين والمصوتين.

1- اذا أُريد شغل منصب أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب المرشّحون الذين قد حصلوا على أغلبية الأصوات وأكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الأول بحيث لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد هذه المناصب.
