(G). ENSURE, IN CONFORMITY WITH INTERNATIONAL LAW, THAT REFUGEE STATUS IS NOT ABUSED BY THE PERPETRATORS, ORGANIZERS OF FACILITATORS OF TERRORIST ACTS, AND that claims OF POLITICAL MOTIVATION ARE NOT REQUIRED AS GROUNDS FROM REFUSING REQUESTS FOR THE EXTRADITION OF ALLEGED TERRORISTS
(ز) كفالة عدم إساءة استعمال مرتكبي الأعمال الإرهابية أو منظميها أو من ييسرها لمركز اللاجئين، وفقا للقانون الدولي، وكفالة عدم الاعتراف بالادعاءات بوجود بواعث سياسية كأسباب لرفض طلبات تسليم الإرهابيين المشتبه بهم

Note: It is evident that, in order to ensure that claims of political motivation are not recognized as grounds for refusing requests for the extradition of alleged terrorists in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 (g) of resolution 1373 (2001), a uniform international definition of terrorism is necessary.
