What is the difference between the United Nations General Assembly and Hyde Park in London, if the General Assembly is merely a forum for oratory, resembling the pre-Islamic forum held in Mecca, known as Suq Ukath (the Market of Ukath), in which Arab poets gathered to recite their poems of praise or defamation?
