14. Recalling that Article 2, paragraph 4, of the Charter of the United Nations stated that Member States should refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, he expressed serious concern at the politicization of international justice in order to pursue cheap political interests.
14 - وأشار إلى أن الفقرة 4 من المادة 2 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة تنص على أن يمتنع أعضاء الهيئة جميعا في علاقاتهم الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة، فأعرب عن قلقه العميق إزاء تسييس العدالة الدولية من أجل بضع مصالح سياسية رخيصة.

Article 2 (4) of the United Nations Charter declares that " [a]ll Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state .. " .
فالفقرة 4 من المادة 2 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة تنص على ما يلي: ' ' يمتنع أعضاء الهيئة جميعا في علاقاتهم الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي والاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة...``.

It further recalls that such threats are contrary to the principles of the United Nations Charter, particularly paragraph 4 of Article 2 of the Charter, which clearly states that all members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State.
وتشير كذلك إلى أن توجيه هذه التهديدات يتنافى ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، لا سيما الفقرة 4 من المادة 2 من الميثاق، التي تدعو بوضوح الأعضاء جميعا إلى الامتناع في علاقاتهم الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة.

فالحكومة التركية تنتهك ما نصت عليه الفقرة الرابعة من المادة الثانية من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، التي جاء فيها: " يمتنع أعضاء الهيئة جميعا في علاقاتهم الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو على أي وجه آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة " .
