Takes note with appreciation of the results of the specific studies on transit issues prepared by the secretariat of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and encourages the international community to make use of those studies, as appropriate, when devising strategies to address the particular needs and problems of land-locked developing countries;

In this context, the Ministers take note with appreciation of the outcome of the African regional meeting held in Algiers from 7 to 9 September 2011 in preparation for the tenth session of the Conference of the Parties and take note of the Latin American and Caribbean regional meeting preparatory to the session, held in Mexico City from 5 to 7 September 2011.
وفي هذا السياق، يحيط الوزراء علما مع التقدير بنتائج الاجتماع الإقليمي الأفريقي الذي عُقد في الجزائر العاصمة، في الفترة من 7 إلى 9 أيلول/سبتمبر 2011 تحضيرا للدورة العاشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف، كما يحيطون علما بالاجتماع الإقليمي لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي الذي عُقد في مدينة مكسيكو، في الفترة من 5 إلى 7 أيلول/سبتمبر 2011 على سبيل التحضير للدورة.

Takes note with appreciation of the outcome of the fourth replenishment of the Global Environment Facility, including the pledges made by the international community to the Global Environment Facility Trust Fund, at the third Global Environment Facility Assembly, held in Cape Town, South Africa, in August 2006, and stresses the importance of fulfilment of the commitments;

In resolution 66/199, the General Assembly took note with appreciation of the results of the midterm review of the Hyogo Framework for Action and recognized that the Global Platform had been confirmed as " being the main forum at the global level for strategic advice coordination and partnership development for disaster risk reduction " .
32 - وفي القرار 66/199، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما مع التقدير بنتائج استعراض منتصف المدة لإطار عمل هيوغو وأدركت أن المنتدى العالمي للحد من أخطار الكوارث قد أقر ' ' بأنه يمثل المنتدى الرئيســي على الصعيــد العالمــي لتنسيـــق المشــورة الاستراتيجية وتنمية الشراكات للحد من أخطار الكوارث``().
