In resolution 59/35 of 2 December 2004, the Assembly commended once again the State responsibility articles to the attention of Governments, without prejudice to the question of their future adoption or other appropriate action.

9. In 2001, the General Assembly took note of the articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts presented by the International Law Commission and commended them to the attention of Governments.
9 - وفي عام 2001، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بالمواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دوليا التي قدمتها لها لجنة القانون الدولي وقررت عرضها على أنظار الحكومات.

3. The United Kingdom is of the view that the action of the General Assembly in 2001 in commending the draft articles to the attention of Governments was the right course of action to adopt, and that no further action was necessary or desirable.
3 - وترى المملكة المتحدة أن الإجراء الذي اتخذته الجمعية العامة في عام 2001 بعرض مشروع المواد على أنظار الحكومات هو التصرف السليم، ولا يلزم أو يُستحب اتخاذ أي إجراء آخر.

2. The General Assembly has commended both the draft articles on prevention and the principles on allocation of loss to the attention of Governments and invited comments on their form.

Under the terms of the draft resolution, the General Assembly would commend once again the articles on diplomatic protection to the attention of Governments and invite them to submit in writing to the Secretary-General any further comments, including comments concerning the recommendation by the International Law Commission to elaborate a convention on the basis of the articles.
