(b) To urge the Congo to submit to the Secretariat the requested information as soon as possible, and preferably no later than 15 September 2013, for consideration by the Committee at its fifty-first meeting.

Recommendation: The Committee may wish to urge Kazakhstan to submit to the Secretariat its ODS data for 2004 and a report on the status of its import ban on ODS-using equipment as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, so that the Committee might at its next meeting assess the Party's implementation of its commitments contained in decision XIII/19.

The Party was urged, as stated in recommendation 42/5, to submit to the Secretariat its ozone-depleting substance data for 2008 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Protocol, and preferably no later than 1 September 2009, in order that, at its forty-third meeting, the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with its commitments to phase out methyl chloroform as contained in decision XVII/27.
وحثت اللجنة الطرف،كما جاء في التوصية 42/5 على أن تقدم للأمانة بياناتها لعام 2008 عن المواد المستنفذة للأوزون وفقا للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضل أن يتم ذلك في موعد لا يتجاوز 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009، حتى تتمكن اللجنة، في اجتماعها الثالث والأربعين، من تقدير امتثال الطرف لالتزاماته بالتخلص التدريجي من كلوروفورم الميثيل كما جاء في المقرر 17/27.
