كما قرر أن حظر الأسلحة لم يعد ينطبق على إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة الفتاكة المقصود منها حصرا أن تستخدم في إطار عملية إصلاح قطاع الأمن في كوت ديفوار، التي تبلغ بها اللجنة مسبقا، باستثناء الأسلحة والأعتدة الفتاكة المتصلة بها الواردة في مرفق القرار، التي تتطلب الموافقة المسبقة من اللجنة.

20. The Committee received one notification concerning paragraph 5 (a) of resolution 1903 (2009), by which the Council decided that the sanctions measures would not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel as well as technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by UNMIL.

8. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraphs 5 (a) and 5 (b) of resolution 1343 (2001) shall not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel and technical training and assistance intended solely for support of and use by the Multinational Force;
8 - يقرر ألا تسري التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرتين 5 (أ) و 5 (ب) من القرار 1343 (2001) على إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة المتصلة بها المخصصة لاستخدام القوة المتعددة الجنسيات وحدها وعلى التدريب التقني والمساعدة التقنية اللذين يقتصر الغرض منهما على دعم تلك القوة؛

5. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) and further elaborated in paragraphs 1 and 2 of resolution 1425 (2002) shall not apply to supplies of weapons and military equipment and technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by the force referred to in paragraph 3 above;

Bearing in mind that elimination of the supply of weapons constitutes an integral element of anti-terrorist strategy worldwide, the Supreme Security Council of the Republic of Moldova has instructed the Ministry of Defense to inspect permanently the security of the storage of arms, ammunition, and explosives.
وأخذا في الاعتبار أن القضاء على إمدادات الأسلحة يشكل عنصرا لا يتجزأ من استراتيجية مكافحة الإرهاب على نطاق العالم، أصدر المجلس الأعلى للأمن في جمهورية مولدوفا تعليمات إلى وزارة الدفاع بالتفتيش بصورة دائمة على أمن تخزين الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات.

12. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraphs 5 (a) and 5 (b) of resolution 1343 (2001) shall not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel and technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by UNMIL;
12 - يقرر ألاّ تُطبق التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرتين 5 (أ) و 5 (ب) من القرار 1343 (2001) على إمدادات الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من العتاد والتدريب التقني والمساعدة التي لا يُراد بها سوى دعم بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبريا أو استخدامها من قبلها؛

10. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraph 20 of resolution 1493 (2003) and paragraph 1 of resolution 1596 (2005) shall not apply to supplies of arms and related material as well as technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or the use by Eufor R.D.Congo;
10 - يقرر ألا تسري التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرة 20 من القرار 1493 (2003) والفقرة 1 من القرار 1596 (2005) على إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة المتصلة بها أو على أعمال التدريب والمساعدة التقنية، المخصصة حصرا لدعم قوة الاتحاد الأوروبي في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أو المعدة للاستخدام من جانبها؛

Reaffirms paragraph 21 of resolution 1493 (2003) and paragraph 2 of resolution 1596 (2005), and recalls in particular that the measures referred to in paragraph 1 above shall not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel or technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by units of the army and police of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, provided that the said units:

Decides that the conditions specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1596, as now applied to the Government, shall apply to supplies of arms and related materiel as well as technical training and assistance which are consistent with such exemptions noted in paragraph 2 and 3 above and notes in this regard that States have an obligation to notify such supplies in advance to the Committee referred to in paragraph 7;
4 - يقرر سريان الشروط المبينة في الفقرة 4 من القرار 1596، التي أصبحت سارية الآن على الحكومة، على إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة المتصلة بها، وكذلك على عملية التدريب والمساعدة في المجال التقني، اللتين ينطبق عليهما الاستثناءات المذكورة في الفقرتين 2 و 3 أعلاه، ويشير في هذا الصدد إلى أن الدول يقع على كاهلها التزام بالإخطار مسبقا عن تلك الإمدادات إلى اللجنة المشار إليها في الفقرة 7؛

37. Also decides that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) and further elaborated upon in paragraphs 1 and 2 of resolution 1425 (2002) shall not apply to supplies of weapons or military equipment or the provision of assistance intended solely for the support of or use by United Nations personnel, including the United Nations Political Office for Somalia or its successor mission;
37 - يقرر أيضا ألا تسري التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرة 5 من القرار 733 (1992) والوارد تفصيلها في الفقرتين 1 و 2 من القرار 1425 (2002) على إمدادات الأسلحة أو المعدات العسكرية أو تقديم المساعدة التي يكون الغرض منها حصرا توفير الدعم لموظفي الأمم المتحدة، بمن فيهم موظفو مكتب الأمم المتحدة السياسي للصومال أو البعثة التي ستخلفه، أو لاستخداماتهم؛

11. By resolution 1725 (2006) of 6 December 2006, the Security Council authorized IGAD and States members of the African Union to establish a protection and training mission in Somalia, and decided that the arms embargo would not apply to supplies of weapons and military equipment and technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by that force.
11 - وبموجب القرار 1725 (2006) المؤرخ 6 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، أذن مجلس الأمن للإيغاد والدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأفريقي بإنشاء بعثة حماية وتدريب في الصومال، وقرر ألا يسري حظر الأسلحة على إمدادات الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية والتدريب الفني والمساعدة التقنية المخصصة على سبيل الحصر لتقديم الدعم إلى تلك القوة أو لاستخدامها.

37. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) and further elaborated upon by paragraphs 1 and 2 of resolution 1425 (2002) shall not apply to supplies of weapons or military equipment or the provision of assistance, intended solely for the support of or use by United Nations personnel, including the United Nations Political Office for Somalia or its successor mission;
37 - يقرر ألا تسري التدابير المفروضة بموجب الفقرة 5 من القرار 733 (1992) والوارد تفصيلها في الفقرتين 1 و 2 من القرار 1425 (2002) على إمدادات الأسلحة أو المعدات العسكرية أو حالات تقديم المساعدة، التي يكون الغرض منها حصرا توفير الدعم أو إتاحة الاستخدام لموظفي الأمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك مكتب الأمم المتحدة السياسي للصومال أو البعثة التي ستخلفه؛

Even if the Council prohibition on the supply of arms to non-State actors were to be adjusted, there would currently be no legal means for the Government to restrict and regulate the purchase and possession of arms.
