2. Expresses its appreciation to all States that have ratified or acceded to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide;

3. Invites States that have not yet ratified or acceded to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide to consider doing so;
٣ - تدعو الدول التي لم تقم بعد بالمصادقة على اتفاقية منع جريمة اﻹبادة الجماعية والمعاقبة عليها أو بالانضمام إلى هذه الاتفاقية، أن تنظر في القيام بذلك؛

4. With regard to the other principal human rights instruments, she said that 127 and 108 States, respectively, had ratified or acceded to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
