By resolution 37/200, the General Assembly urged all States to cooperate with the Commission in its study of violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms in any part of the world and requested the Commission to continue its efforts to improve the capacity of the United Nations system to take urgent action in cases of serious violations of human rights.
وحثت الجمعية العامة كذلك، في قرارها 37/200، جميع الدول على التعاون مع اللجنة في دراستها لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية في أي جزء من العالم، وطلبت من اللجنة أن تواصل بذل جهودها لتحسين قدرة منظومة الأمم المتحدة على اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة في حالات الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان.

His delegation urged the Administering Powers to cooperate with the Committee in order to make the United Nations objective of eradicating colonialism by the year 2000 a reality.
