However, it was disappointed that the issue of ex parte interim measures continued to delay conclusion of the draft revisions to the Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and joined with others in seeking a speedy resolution.

3. At its thirty-second session, the Working Group discussed the issue of incorporation by reference on the basis of various texts that were proposed as possible additions to the Model Law.

21. As described in much more detail the commentary to the Model Law or Laws (see UNCTAD document TD/B/RBP/81/Rev.4), there are many different types of competition laws and systems.

With regard to dissemination of UNCITRAL texts, the importance of which was obvious, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had recently prepared and published in the Persian language an exhaustive commentary on the Model Law on International Credit Transfers.
وفيما يتعلق بنشر النصوص التي وضعتها اللجنة، هو أمر ذو أهمية واضحة، قال إن وزارة الخارجية اﻹيرانية أعدت ونشرت مؤخرا تعليقا مستفيضا باللغة الفارسية على القانون النموذجي للتحويلات الائتمانية الدولية.

It must be borne in mind that enacting States would rely on the Model Law to govern all procurement, the Model Law should therefore make all methods of procurement available to the procuring authority.
ولاحظ أنه يجب مراعاة أن الدول المشرعة ستعتمد على القانون النموذجي لتنظيم جميع عمليات الاشتراء، ولذلك ينبغي للقانون النموذجي أن يتيح للجهة المشترية جميع أساليب الاشتراء.

It was pointed out that the Model Law included in its article 4 a similar provision, based on actual knowledge of the non-compliance, and any modification to the corresponding provision in the Rules might be confusing for those countries that had enacted legislation based on the Model Law.
وأشير إلى أن القانون النموذجي أدرج في مادته 4 حكما مماثلا قائما على المعرفة الفعلية بالمخالفة وأن أي تعديل في الحكم المقابل في القواعد قد يربك البلدان التي سنّت تشريعات بناء على القانون النموذجي.
