The secretariat has determined that it is possible for the Conference of the Parties to request the United Nations General Assembly to designate a day to be observed globally as United Nations Climate Change Day; however, the celebration of such a day would require significant resources at the international level for effective planning and publicity.

وفي الختام اسمحوا لنا أن نؤكد على أهمية ولاية المقررين الخاصين وعلى التزام الدولة بالتعاون الكامل مع ولايتهم كما نود أن نؤكد على توافر الإرادة السياسية للمضي قدماً من أجل تعزيز وتقوية الإجراءات ليس فقط على المستوى الوطني وإنما على المستوى الدولي من أجل القضاء على ظاهرة الاتجار بالبشر.

104. States should cooperate at the international level in order to effectively solve cases of missing persons by providing mutual assistance in terms of information-sharing, victim assistance, locating and identifying missing persons, and in exhuming, identifying and returning human remains.
