Following the recommendation of the Committee for Programme and Coordination, the General Assembly adopted the plan in its resolution 51/219 of 18 December 1996.
وبناء على توصية لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق، اعتمدت الجمعية العامة الخطة في قرارها ٥١/٢١٩ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦.

This framework was endorsed by the General Assembly at the recommendation of the Committee for Programme and Coordination (see resolution 60/257).

The General Assembly, in its resolution 55/234 of 23 December 2000, endorsed the recommendation of the Committee for Programme and Coordination that responsibility for conference services in Nairobi should be transferred to the Department of General Assembly Affairs and Conference Services.

4. The system-wide mandate also allowed JIU to develop a benchmarking framework for the implementation of results-based management in the United Nations system, a framework that has been endorsed by the General Assembly on the recommendation of the Committee for Programme and Coordination (resolution 60/257 of 8 May 2006).
كما سمحت الولاية الممنوحة على نطاق المنظومة لوحدة التفتيش المشتركة بوضع إطار مرجعي لتنفيذ الإدارة من أجل تحقيق النتائج في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، وهو إطار أقرته الجمعية العامة بناءً على توصية لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق (القرار 60/257 المؤرخ 8 أيار/مايو 2006).
