In its resolution 46/6, entitled " Provisions regarding travellers under medical treatment with drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under international control " , the Commission requested the Executive Director to report to it at its forty-seventh session on the implementation of that resolution.
وفي قرارها 46/6 المعنون " أحكام بشأن المسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج طبي بعقاقير تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية " ، طلبت اللجنة إلى المدير التنفيذي أن يقدّم إليها، في دورتها السابعة والأربعين، تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

4. Strongly encourages States parties to the 1961 Convention, that Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol and the 1971 Convention to notify the International Narcotics Control Board of restrictions currently applicable to travellers under medical treatment with drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under international control;
4- تشجع بقوة الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية 1961، وفي تلك الاتفاقية بصيغتها المعدلة ببروتوكول 1972، واتفاقية 1971، على ابلاغ الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات بالتقييدات المطبقة حاليا على المسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج طبي بعقاقير تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية؛

6. Urges States to consider implementing the recommendations on national regulations concerning travellers under medical treatment with drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under international control, taking into account national legal requirements and practical considerations;
6- تحث الدول على النظر في تنفيذ التوصيات الخاصة باللوائح التنظيمية الوطنية المتعلقة بالمسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج طبي بعقاقير تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية، واضعة في الاعتبار المتطلبات القانونية الوطنية والاعتبارات العملية؛

1. Reaffirms its satisfaction that international bodies and States parties to the international drug control treaties have taken into account the problems involved in continuing the medical treatment of travelling patients with drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under international control while ensuring security conditions that limit the risk of diverted use of such drugs;
1- تؤكد مجددا ارتياحها لأن الهيئات الدولية والدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات أخذت تضع في الحسبان المشاكل التي تنطوي عليها مواصلة العلاج الطبي للمرضى المسافرين الخاضعين للعلاج بعقاقير تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية مع ضمان توفر ظروف آمنة تحد من مخاطر تسريب هذه العقاقير؛

5. In its resolution 46/6, the Commission strongly encouraged States parties to the 1961 Convention, that Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol and the 1971 Convention to notify the International Narcotics Control Board of restrictions currently applicable in their territory to travellers under medical treatment with drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances under international control.
5- وأعربت اللجنة، في قرارها 46/6، عن تشجيعها القوي للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية سنة 1961، وفي تلك الاتفاقية بصيغتها المعدلة ببروتوكول سنة 1972، وفي اتفاقية سنة 1971، على إبلاغ الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات بالتقييدات المطبقة حاليا على المسافرين الخاضعين لعلاج طبي بعقاقير تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية خاضعة للمراقبة الدولية.

3. Pursuant to Commission resolution 44/15, a meeting of experts was convened in Vienna from 12 to 14 February 2002 to develop guidelines to assist national authorities in introducing a regulatory framework to deal with situations in which patients travelling abroad carried with them small quantities of medical preparations containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
3- وعملا بقرار اللجنة 44/15، عُقد في فيينا خلال الفترة من 12 إلى 14 شباط/ فبراير 2002 اجتماع للخبراء لوضع مبادئ توجيهية لمساعدة السلطات الوطنية على استحداث إطار رقابي تنظيمي من أجل مواجهة الحالات التي يكون فيها بحوزة المرضى المسافرين إلى الخارج كميات قليلة من المستحضرات الطبية التي تحتوي على مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية.

Azerbaijan reported that wild growth of plants containing unspecified narcotic substances could be found throughout Azerbaijan, and that 360 tons of such plants were seized in 2008.
7- وأفادت أذربيجان بأن كل أنحاء البلد تشهد نمواً برياً لنباتات تحتوي على مواد مخدرة غير محددة، وبأنه تم في عام 2008 ضبط 360 طنا من هذه النباتات.
