71. On 16 October 1996, the Commission wrote to the Government of Zambia drawing to its attention allegations that several deliveries of arms and matériel had been made from the port of Mpulungu on Lake Tanganyika in February, March and May 1996 with the participation of six men, including at least two Rwandans and two Zambians, to Goma and Bukavu in Zaire.
٧١ - في ١٦ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٦، كتبت اللجنة إلى حكومة زامبيا توجه اهتمامها إلى ادعاءات بشأن حدوث العديد من عمليات توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة من ميناء موبولونغو على بحيرة تنجانيقا في شباط/فبراير، وآذار/ مارس وأيار/ مايو ١٩٩٦ بمشاركة ستة رجال، منهم اثنان على اﻷقل من رواندا واثنان من زامبيا؛ إلى غوما وبوكافو في زائير.

By resolution 1021 (1995), the Council stipulated the terms and timing for terminating the embargo on deliveries of weapons and military equipment to all the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
وبموجب القرار ١٠٢١ )١٩٩٥(، حدد المجلس شروط وتوقيت إنهاء الحظر المفروض على عمليات توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية إلى جميع بلدان يوغوسلافيا السابقة.

5. In paragraph 11 of its resolution 1059 (1996) of 31 May 1996, the Security Council recalled the obligation of all States to comply strictly with the embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Liberia imposed by resolution 788 (1992) and to bring all instances of violations of the embargo before the same Committee.
٥ - وفي الفقرة ١١ من قراره ١٠٥٩ )١٩٩٦(، المؤرخ ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٦، أشار مجلس اﻷمن إلى التزام جميع الدول بالامتثال على نحو تام للحظر المفروض بموجب القرار ٧٨٨ )١٩٩٢( على جميع عمليات توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية لليبريا، وإبلاغ جميع حالات انتهاك هذا الحظر إلى ذات اللجنة.
