١٠ - تطلب الى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن تكفل ألا تسود أي شروط عمل تمييزية في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها وأن تشجع في كل إقليم نظاما عادلا لﻷجور يسري على جميع السكان دون أي تمييز؛

(ز) ضرورة التزام الدول القائمة بالإدارة بعدم وجود ظروف عمل تمييزية في الأقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها، ودعم قيام نظام منصف للأجور يسري على جميع السكان دون أي تمييز.
