113. on separation from service, an insured worker is entitled to a retirement pension in the following circumstances:

(b) A participant who deferred a choice under (a) above shall, if the choice is not made within the period, be deemed to have chosen a deferred retirement benefit if his or her age on separation was less than the normal retirement age, and in any event a form of benefit not payable in a lump sum.
(ب) المشترك الذي يُرجئ الاختيار بموجب الفقرة (أ) أعلاه، يُعتبر، إذا لم يقم بالاختيار في غضون الفترة المحددة، أنه قد اختار إرجاء الاختيار بين مستحقات المعاش التقاعدي في حال كانت سنه عند انتهاء خدمته أقل من السن العادية للتقاعد، وفي جميع الأحوال، فإن هذه المستحقات لا تُدفع في شكل مبلغ إجمالي مقطوع.

(a) A deferred retirement benefit shall be payable to a participant whose age on separation is less than the normal retirement age and whose contributory service was five years or longer.
(أ) يُدفَع استحقاق التقاعد المؤجل إلى أي مشترك تكون سنه عند انتهاء خدمته أقل من السن العادية للتقاعد وتكون خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي خمس سنوات أو أكثر.

(a) An early retirement benefit shall be payable to a participant whose age on separation is at least 55 but less than the normal retirement age and whose contributory service was five years or longer.
(أ) يُدفَع استحقاق التقاعد المبكر لأي مشترك تبلغ سنه عند انتهاء خدمته 55 سنة على الأقل ولكنها تقل عن السن العادية للتقاعد، وتكون مدة خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي خمس سنوات أو أكثر.

(c) An early retirement benefit shall be payable to a participant whose age on separation is at least 58 but less than the normal retirement age and whose contributory service was five years or longer.
(ج) يُدفَع استحقاق التقاعد المبكر لأي مشترك تبلغ سنه عند انتهاء خدمته 58 سنة على الأقل ولكنها تقل عن السن العادية للتقاعد وتكون مدة خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي خمس سنوات أو أكثر.

(b) A participant who deferred a choice under (a) above shall, if the choice is not made within the period by submitting applicable payment instructions, be deemed to have chosen a deferred retirement benefit if his or her age on separation was less than the normal retirement age [, and in any event a form of benefit not payable in a lump sum].

11. No former staff member in receipt of a pension benefit may be re-employed at a level higher than that at which he or she separated from the Organization.
١١ - ولا يجوز إعادة توظيف أي موظف سابق يتلقى معاشا تقاعديا في رتبة أعلى من الرتبة التي كان يشغلها عند انتهاء خدمته من المنظمة.
