Any staff member who so requests shall, on leaving the service of the United Nations, be given a statement relating to the nature of his or her duties and the length of service.
يعطى الموظف، بناء على طلبه، عند تركه الخدمة في الأمم المتحدة، بيانا بطبيعة واجباته ومدة خدمتـه.

1. A member found by the Tribunal to be unable to perform his/her duties because of permanent ill-health or disability shall be entitled upon leaving office to a disability pension payable monthly.
١ - يحق لكل عضو تراه المحكمة غير قادر على أداء واجباته بسبب اعتلال أو عجز دائم، أن يتقاضى عند تركه منصبه معاش عجز يدفع له شهريا.
