1. The title of the article is " Conduct of an insurrectional or other movement " , and the term " movement " is treated in the same manner in paragraphs one and two.
1 - جاء عنوان هذه المادة تحت عبارة " تصرفات الحركات التمردية أو غير التمردية " ، وردد في الفقرتين الأولى والثانية، من هذه المادة هذا الوصف " للحركة " المشار إليها في العنوان.

(5) The heading of the present article has been slightly adapted from article 17 on the responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts by adding the words " by a State " , in order to distinguish it from the heading of article 15 of the present articles.
5 - ويعكس عنوان هذه المادة تعديلاً طفيفاً لعنوان المادة 17 المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دولياً، حيث أُضيفت كلمة " دولة " ، وذلك لتمييزه عن عنوان المادة 15 من هذه المواد.

Victim rehabilitation At the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee, some delegations suggested that the title of this article should be changed to “Compensation and restitution of victims” or “Victim reintegration”.
اعادة تأهيل الضحايافي الدورة الرابعة للجنة المخصصة ، اقترح بعض الوفود تغيير عنوان هذه المادة الى " تعويض الضحايا ورد حقوقهم " أو " اعادة ادماج الضحايا " .

٥ - توخيا للوضوح ، ينبغي تنقيح عنوان هذه المادة ليصبح نصه " اعادة تأهيل الضحية في البلد اﻷصلي " .

In view of the definition contained in article 2 (e), it might be appropriate to change the title of this article to “Third States”.
بالنظر إلى التعريف الوارد في المادة ٢ )ﻫ(، قد يكون من المناسب تغيير عنوان هذه المادة إلى " الدول الثالثة " .

Repatriation The consensus at the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee was that the title of this article should be changed from “Return of victims of trafficking in persons” to “Repatriation of victims of trafficking in persons”.
اعادةكان هناك توافق في اﻵراء في الدورة الرابعة للجنة المخصصة بأن يغير عنوان هذه المادة من " عودة ضحايا الاتجار باﻷشخاص " الى " اعادة ضحايا الاتجار باﻷشخاص الى أوطانهم " .

4 - ويعكس عنوان هذه المادة تعديلاً طفيفاً لعنوان المادة 18 المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دولياً بإضافة كلمة " دولة " ، وذلك لتمييزه عن عنوان المادة 16 من هذا المشروع.

(6) The heading of article 16 on the responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts has been slightly adapted, by adding " by a State " to the words " aid or assistance " , in order to distinguish the heading of the present article from that of article 14 of the present draft articles.
6 - وقد عُدِّل عنوان المادة 16 المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دولياً تعديلاً طفيفاً إذ أضيفت فيه كلمة " دولة " إلى عبارة " عون أو مساعدة " لتمييز عنوان هذه المادة عن عنوان المادة 14 من مشاريع هذه المواد.
