Mr. Jha (India), having stated that his delegation associated itself with the statement made by the representative of Qatar on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, noted that the report of the Secretary-General on the external debt crisis and development (A/59/219) said that the net transfer of resources to developing countries had remained negative, reaching an alarming level of $248 billion in 2003.
69 - السيد جيها (الهند): بعد أن أعلن انضمام وفده إلى ما جاء في البيان الذي أدلي به ممثل قطر باسم مجموعة الـ77 والصين، لاحظ أن تقرير الأمين العام عن أزمة الديون الخارجية والتنمية (219/59/A) ذكر أن صافي التحويل للموارد إلى البلدان النامية ظل سلبياً، حيث بلغ مستوى مزعجاً قيمته 248 بليون دولار في عام 2003.
