5. In paragraph 51 (d) of the draft resolution, the General Assembly would decide to invite the Chairman of the Committee on the Rights of the Child to present an oral report on the work of the Committee to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session.

14. Requests the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to submit progress reports on the Committee's work to the General Assembly, the Commission on Sustainable Development and other appropriate bodies of the United Nations;
١٤ - تطلب إلى رئيس لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية أن يقدم تقارير مرحلية عن أعمال اللجنة إلى الجمعية العامة وإلى لجنة التنمية المستدامة وسائر الهيئات المعنية في اﻷمم المتحدة؛

The President of the Meeting suggested that the Chairman consider bringing his statements on the work of the Commission to the attention of the Meetings of States Parties.
وقد اقترح رئيس الاجتماع أن ينظر رئيس اللجنة في مسألة تقديم بياناته عن أعمال اللجنة إلى اجتماعات الدول الأطراف للعلم.
