However, the Committee regrets the absence of disaggregated data on the ethnic composition of the population and on relevant socioeconomic indicators on the enjoyment of the rights under the Convention by members of various groups, in particular minorities and non-citizens (employment, education, health care), which data are necessary to assess progress and difficulties in implementing the provisions of the Convention (arts. 1 and 5).
