Algeria would have like to see this recommendation accepted in the spirit of recommendation No. 1737 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
وكانت الجزائر تود لو قُبلت هذه التوصية لأنها توافق روح التوصية رقم 1737 الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

If Denmark aligned itself with recommendation No. 1737 of 17 March 2006 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Algeria would encourage Denmark to ensure that migrants can claim their fundamental rights.
ولو أن الدانمرك اصطفت إلى جانب التوصية رقم 1737 الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا والمؤرخة 17 آذار/مارس 2006، فإن الجزائر كانت ستشجعها على ضمان تمكين المهاجرين من المطالبة بحقوقهم الأساسية.

5. Demand from the Russian Federation that it comply with resolution No. 1633 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, article 22.4, obliging the sides to " work towards the creation of a new peacekeeping format and to internationalize the peacekeeping force " ;

The Office also participated in the drafting of the report Europe's forgotten people: protecting the human rights of long-term displaced persons, issued by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
وشاركت المفوضية أيضاً في صياغة تقرير " عنوانه المنسيّون في أوروبا: حماية حقوق الإنسان للمشردين لفترة طويلة " وقد صدر عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

The European Union takes note of the adoption of the resolution and recommendations of the Pourgourides report on disappeared persons in Belarus by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe of 28 April 2004.
يحيط الاتحاد الأوروبي علما باعتماد قرار وتوصيات التقرير المعنون " الأشخاص المختفون في بيلاروس " الصادر عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا في 28 نيسان/أبريل 2004.

It hoped that Belgium would reconsider its rejection of that recommendation, taking into account recommendation 1737 of 17 March 2006 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
وأعربت الجزائر عن أملها في أن تعيد بلجيكا النظر في رفضها تلك التوصية، واضعةً في اعتبارها التوصية 1737 المؤرخة 17 آذار/مارس 2006 الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

Algeria thanked Greece for having accepted those recommendations and expressed the hope that Greece would reconsider its position on Algeria's recommendation on the ratification of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, in accordance with recommendation No. 1737 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
وشكرت الجزائر اليونان على قبولها تلك التوصيات وأعربت عن أملها في أن تعيد النظر في موقفها من توصية الجزائر للتصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، وفقاً للتوصية 1737 الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

103-3- إعادة النظر في موقفها من التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم وفقاً للتوصية 1737 المؤرخة 17 آذار/مارس 2006 الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا، التي انضمت إليها بلجيكا (الجزائر)؛

Recommendation 1877 (2009) of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe emphasizes that, " IDPs' right to return under international humanitarian law, as well as under the freedom of movement deriving from international and regional human rights law, must be unconditionally observed and ensured by all responsible authorities " .
وتؤكد التوصية 1877 (2009) الصادرة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا أنه " يجب على جميع السلطات المعنية إعمال حق المشردين داخلياً في العودة وكفالة ذلك الحق دون شروط، بموجب القانون الإنساني الدولي، وبموجب الحرية في التنقل المستمدة من القانون الدولي والإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان " ().

That decision also took into account the recommendation of the Venice Commission regarding non-limitation of the term of office for judges as well as relevant recommendations contained in resolution 1364 (2004) of 29 January 2004 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
ووضع هذا القرار في الاعتبار أيضا توصية لجنة فينسيا المتعلقة بعدم تحديد مدة شغل القضاة لمناصبهم، وكذلك التوصيات ذات الصلة الواردة في القرار 1364 (2004) الصادر في 29 كانون الثاني/يناير 2004 عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

She was particularly concerned that the draft act in question appeared to be in direct conflict with resolution 1607 (2008) of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which called on all member States to guarantee women's access to safe and legal abortions.
وأعربت عن قلقها بوجه خاص لأن مشروع القانون المذكور يبدو مناقضا بصورة مباشرة للقرار 1607 (2008) الصادر عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا، الذي دعا جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى ضمان حصول المرأة على إجهاض مأمون وقانوني.

77. Greece's general policy towards the members of the Muslim minority and its positive measures, as well as possible, further steps to address any remaining challenges, are reflected in reports by international and regional human rights bodies, such as the 2009 CERD conclusions / recommendations and the 1704/2010 Resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (P.A.C.E.).
77- وتتجسد سياسة اليونان العامة تجاه الأقلية المسلمة، وتدابيرها الإيجابية والخطوات الممكنة الرامية إلى معالجة أي تحديات متبقية، في تقارير الهيئات الدولية والإقليمية لحقوق الإنسان، مثل استنتاجات/توصيات لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري لعام 2009 والقرار رقم 1704/2010 الصادر عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا.

EU expects the Albanian parties to respect the results of legitimate elections and to accept the assessment with regard to the validity of the elections to be pronounced by Mme. Lalumière (for the Chairman-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)), in cooperation with Sir Russell Johnston (for the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) and Mr. Ruperez (for the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly).
ويتوقع الاتحاد اﻷوروبي من اﻷحزاب اﻷلبانية أن تحترم نتائج الانتخابات الشرعية وأن تقبل ما ستعلنه السيدة لالوميير )بالنيابة عن الرئيس الحالي لمنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا(، ومعها السير راسل جونستون )بالنيابة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا( والسيد روبِرِز )بالنيابة عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا(، فيما يختص بتقييم سلامة الانتخابات.

35. In a recent report on austerity measures, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe concluded that from an economic perspective, " cuts in government expenditures, social safety nets or wages are not effective measures against the (debt) crisis, given that they especially affect lower income groups and further undermine their capacity of consumption and self-subsistence " .
35 - وفي تقرير صدر مؤخرا عن الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا بخصوص التدابير التقشفية، خلصت الجمعية إلى أنه من وجهة النظر الاقتصادية، " ليست التخفيضات في الإنفاق الحكومي أو شبكات الضمان الاجتماعي أو الأجور بالتدابير الفعالة لمواجهة أزمة الديون، فهي تؤثر بشكل خاص على الفئات الأقل دخلا وتنتقص من قدرتها على الاستهلاك وعلى ضمان كفافها بنفسها " ().
