Brazil, which had co-sponsored the resolution on the designation of a Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, hoped that all Member States would extend to the Special Rapporteur the cooperation he needed to fulfil his mandate.
وقالت إن البرازيل، التي شاركت في تقديم القرار المتعلق بتسمية مقرر خاص عن اﻷشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية اﻷجانب والتعصب المتصل بذلك، تأمل في أن تقدم جميع الدول اﻷعضاء إلى المقرر الخاص ما يلزمه من تعاون للوفاء بولايته.

In the first part the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance analyses the phenomenon of defamation of religions and incitement to racial and religious hatred as manifestations of contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.
وفي الجزء الأول، يحلل المقرر الخاص المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب ظاهرة التشهير بالأديان والتحريض على الكراهية العنصرية والدينية باعتبارها تعبيراً عن الأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب.

According to the report of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of Racism (A/54/347), racism and xenophobia continued to manifest themselves in violent forms resulting from the activities of racist and neo-Nazi organizations.
وذكر أنه وفقاً لما جاء في تقرير المقرر الخاص عن اﻷشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية )A/54/347( فإن العنصرية وكراهية اﻷجانب ما زالتا تتبديان بشكل عنيف نتيجة ﻷنشطة المنظمات العنصرية ومنظماتت النازية الجديدة.

يتشـرف اﻷميـن العـام بـأن يحيـل الـى أعضـاء الجمعيـة العامة التقرير الذي أعده السيد موريس غاليلي - أهانهانزو المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/١٣٥، عن اﻷشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية اﻷجانب وما يتصل بذلك من التعصب.

However, two factors were hampering the conduct of those debates: less time had been allotted to the item in the organization of the Committee's work, and the report of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance had once again been distributed late.
١٣ - غير أنه أشار الى أن ثمة عاملين يعوقا إجراء تلك المناقشات: فتنظيم أعمال اللجنة لا يخصص سوى وقت أقل لهذا البند، كما أن تقرير المقرر الخاص عن اﻷشكال المعاصرة من العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية اﻷجانب والتعصب المتصل بذلك لم يوزع إلا في وقت متأخر.

Urges all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur with a view to enabling him to fulfil his mandate, including the examination of incidents of contemporary forms of racism and racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance inter alia, against Africans and people of African descent, Arabs, Muslims and Jews;
