1 - تحيط اللجنة الأمم المتحدة علما بأنشطتها، في نطاق اختصاصها ووفقا لأحكام المعاهدة، ويمكن أن تقدم عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة تقارير عن هذه الأنشطة إلى الهيئات الرئيسية المعنية التابعة للأمم المتحدة، على أساس منتظم أو حسب مقتضيات الأحوال.

4. The High Contracting Parties undertake to consult each other and to cooperate with each other bilaterally, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations or through other appropriate international procedures, to resolve any problems that may arise with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Protocol.
4- تتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بالتشاور والتعاون فيما بين الواحد منها والآخر بصورة ثنائية أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو عن طريق إجراءات دولية مناسبة أخرى، من أجل حل أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول.

7. States Parties have not sought consultations with another State Party through the United Nations Secretary-General or via any other channels in order to resolve issues arising from the Convention and its Protocols.
7- لم تَسْع أي من الدول الأطراف لإجراء مشاورات مع دولة طرف أخرى عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو عن طريق أي قنوات أخرى في سبيل تسوية مسائل ناشئة عن الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها.

Under the Act, Tajikistan is obliged immediately to inform the other parties to the Covenant, through the intermediary of the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations, of any restrictions imposed, the reasons for such restrictions, and the date when the restrictions will cease to have effect.
125- وبموجب القانون المذكور يتعين على طاجيكستان القيام على الفور بإبلاغ الأطراف الأخرى في العهد، عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بأي تقييدات تفرضها وأسباب هذه التقييدات والتاريخ الذي سيجري فيه وقف نفاذ التقييدات.
