وسوف يحقق الإنجازات المتوقعة منه بوضع سياسات وتعيين أفضل الممارسات على صعيد المنظومة، بالتعاون مع الشركاء ذوي الصلة، وبخاصة عن طريق اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات واللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالشؤون السياسية.

10. Also urges those organizations, especially through the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, to develop a more comprehensive and coherent system of collecting data on the situation of internally displaced persons, in cooperation with the representative of the Secretary-General;
١٠ - تحث كذلك هذه المنظمات على أن تعمل، خاصة عن طريق اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات على إنشاء نظام أشمل وأكثر اتساقا لجمع البيانات عن حالة المشردين داخليا، وذلك بالتعاون مع ممثل اﻷمين العام؛

10. Also urges those organizations, especially through the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, to develop a more comprehensive and coherent system of collecting data on the situation of internally displaced persons, in cooperation with the representative of the Secretary-General;
١٠ - تحث أيضا تلك المنظمات على أن تعمل، خاصة عن طريق اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوكالات على إنشاء نظام أشمل وأكثر اتساقا لجمع البيانات عن حالة اﻷشخاص المشردين داخليا، وذلك بالتعاون مع ممثل اﻷمين العام؛

Through its membership in the International Council of Voluntary Agencies, ICMC submitted comments on the draft guidelines on the use of military and civil defence assets to support United Nations humanitarian activities in complex emergencies, elaborated through the Inter-Agency Standing Committee of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
