1- تقتضي الإجراءات المالية للاتفاقية أن " يُقدّم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد إقفال حسابات الفترة المالية، بيان ختامي مراجع بالحسابات عن كامل الفترة المالية " .

An interim statement of accounts for the first year of the financial period shall be provided to the Conference of the Parties during the second year of the period, and a final audited statement of accounts for the full financial period shall be provided to the Conference of the Parties as soon as possible after the accounts for the financial period are closed.
21 - يقدم كشف مؤقت بحسابات السنة الأولى من الفترة المالية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء السنة الثانية من الفترة المالية، ويقدم كشف نهائي مراجع للحسابات عن كامل الفترة المالية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في أسرع وقت عقب إقفال حسابات الفترة المالية.
