11. From 27 to 28 January 2009, the independent expert participated in the Seminar on the " Draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights " , which was organized by OHCHR in Geneva.

28. In resolution 15/19, the Human Rights Council invited OHCHR to seek views, comments and suggestions on the progress report on the draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights, submitted by the independent expert (now Special Rapporteur) on the question of human rights and extreme poverty.
28 - وفي القرار 15/19، دعا مجلس حقوق الإنسان المفوضية إلى التماس آراء وتعليقات واقتراحات بشأن التقرير المرحلي عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان، الذي قدمه الخبير المستقل (أصبح المقرر الخاص الآن) عن مسألة حقوق الإنسان والفقر المدقع.

1. Takes note of the report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights (A/HRC/11/32), revealing a widespread commitment to advancing the project of elaborating guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights;
1- يحيط علماً بتقرير مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان (A/HRC/11/32) الذي يبيّن الالتزام الواسع النطاق بالتقدم في مشروع إعداد المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان؛

1. Takes note of the report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights (A/HRC/11/32), revealing a widespread commitment to advancing the project of elaborating guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights;
1- يحيط علماً بتقرير مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان (A/HRC/11/32) الذي يبيّن وجود التزام واسع النطاق بالتقدم في مشروع إعداد المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان؛

36. In its resolution 15/19, the Council requested the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to prepare and to submit, at its nineteenth session, an analytical compilation on the basis of the submissions received in writing and made at the consultation on the progress report on the draft guiding principles on extreme poverty and human rights submitted by the independent expert on the question of human rights and extreme poverty.
35- طلب المجلس، في قراره 15/19، من المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تعد تجميعاً تحليلياً استناداً إلى التقارير الخطية وتلك المقدمة أثناء المشاورة المتعلقة بالتقرير المرحلي عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن الفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان الذي قدمه الخبير المستقل المعني بحقوق الإنسان والفقر المدقع، وأن تقدم هذا التقرير إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة.

17. Invites the independent expert and relevant stakeholders, including representatives of States, development and human rights practitioners and organizations at the local, national, regional and international levels, to participate in the twoday consultation on the progress report on the draft guiding principles that the High Commissioner will organize, within existing resources, in Geneva before June 2011;
17 - تدعو الخبيرة المستقلة وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين، بمن فيهم ممثلو الدول والعاملون في مجال التنمية وحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات على الصعد المحلي والوطني والإقليمي والدولي، إلى المشاركة في المشاورة التي ستستغرق يومين بشأن التقرير المرحلي عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية والتي ستنظمها المفوضة السامية، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، في جنيف قبل حزيران/يونيه 2011؛

(a) To seek the views, comments and suggestions on the progress report on the draft guiding principles submitted by the independent expert of States, relevant United Nations agencies, intergovernmental organizations, United Nations treaty bodies, relevant special procedures, national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations, especially those working with people living in extreme poverty, and other relevant stakeholders;
(أ) التماس الآراء والتعليقات والاقتراحات بشأن تقرير الخبيرة المستقلة المرحلي عن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية من الدول ومن وكالات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وهيئات معاهدات الأمم المتحدة والإجراءات الخاصة المعنية والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وبخاصة تلك العاملة مع الأشخاص الذين يعيشون في فقر مدقع، ومن جهات معنية أخرى؛
