In addition, Mr. Gambari regularly gives me advice on other issues relating to Africa and on the work of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on the Causes of Conflict and the Promotion of Durable Peace and Sustainable Development in Africa.

وفي إطار الاقتراحات التي قدمتها إلى الجمعية العامة من أجل المضي قدما في التغيير، قررت تكليف السيد غامباري أيضا بالقيام في الأمانة العامة بمهمة تنسيق وتوجيه عملية إعداد التقارير المتصلة بأفريقيا والاضطلاع بالمسؤولية عن الموارد المخصصة لمكتب المنسق الخاص لشؤون أفريقيا وأقل البلدان نموا.

In his report, the Special Envoy had made specific recommendations to the Government of Myanmar with a view to ending the tensions and the serious and flagrant human rights violations against the population.
وأضافت أن إبراهيم غامباري ضمَّن تقريره توصيات محددة خاصة بحكومة ميانمار لكي تضع حدا للتوترات، وللانتهاكات الخطيرة والفاضحة لحقوق الإنسان التي يقع الشعب ضحية لها.
