The Committee also decided to continue to cooperate and expand its contacts with interested non-governmental organizations in all regions, in accordance with the mandate given by the Assembly.

In addition, he held a briefing for interested nongovernmental organizations and also met individually with several NGOs.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، عقد اجتماعاً إعلامياً مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة بالأمر لاطلاعها على عمله، كما اجتمع على انفراد مع ممثلي عدة منظمات غير حكومية.

Such a wide distribution should generate debate and awareness of the Convention and of its implementation and monitoring within the Government, the Parliament and the general public, including concerned non-governmental organizations.

٥١ ـ تدعو جميع الحكومات، وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة، والوكالات المتخصصة، وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية، فضلا عن المنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر وذات المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إلى أن تشارك مشاركة كاملة في العقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري؛

١٨ - تدعو جميع الحكومات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية، فضلا عن المنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر ذات المركز الاستشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إلى أن تشارك مشاركة كاملة في العقد الثالث؛

States that long ago ratified the Covenants and have positive experience in their implementation, the chairpersons or experts of the Human Rights Committee and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and representatives of interested nongovernmental organizations must also be invited to participate.
كما يجب أن تُدعى إلى المشاركة في هذه الحلقة الدراسية تلك الدول التي صدقت على العهدين منذ وقت طويل والتي لها تجربة إيجابية في تنفيذ العهدين، بالإضافة إلى رؤساء أو خبراء اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان واللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة بالأمر.

Such a document should be widely distributed in order to generate debate and awareness of the Convention, its implementation and monitoring, both within the Government and the general public, including with the concerned non-governmental organization community.
وينبغي توزيع تلك الوثيقة على نطاق واسع بغية إثارة النقاش وإيجاد الوعي بأمر الاتفاقية وتنفيذها ورصدها، سواء داخل الحكومة أم لدى عامة الناس، ويشمل ذلك مشاركة أوساط المنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر.

4. Invites interested intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to exert efforts in their respective fields to contribute adequately to the programmes for the Year and to the follow-up programme for the Year;
٤ - تدعـو المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة باﻷمر إلى بذل جهود، كل في ميدانها، للمساهمة بشكل مناسب في برامج السنة وفي برنامج المتابعة الخاص بالسنة؛
