بدت تشعر بالوحدة، فأخبرتها أنّني سأمرّ عليها

She said she left you at the library. I told her I was close.
قالت أنها تركتك في المكتبة فأخبرتها أنني قريب.

I didn't know what to say, so I told her you were on a work trip.
لم أعرف ماذا أقول، فأخبرتها أنك ذهبت في رحلة عمل
